I tried Uberman for just over two weeks, but unfortunately it just wasn't practical at home. I decided to heed Pure Doxyk's advice from her book Ubersleep. She recommends sleeping monophasically for at least a few weeks between ending one polyphasic sleeping regimen and starting another.
I have slept monophasically for the last 30 days, and I have been averaging about 8 hours per night.
My college is a much more appropriate and productive environment in which to sleep polyphasically, and so I have decided to start an Everyman Sleep Regimen.
